Please note during peak periods we are not able to guarantee express delivery.

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. For pre-order items, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Orders that are placed before 11:00 a.m. and shipped to Germany will be delivered within 2-3 business days. All orders received after 4pm on Fridays will be packed and shipped the next working day.

All purchases will be shipped with our signature boxes. Shipping for orders to Europe is via DPD or Deutsche Post. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.

Missing Or Damaged

Tracking Your Order

All our deliveries are sent via DPD or Deutsche Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received a notification, please email us at customercare@astridandmiyu.com.

Please note that tracking is currently not available for orders sent by Deutsche Post.

 

Exchanges & Returns

Returns Policy

We are happy to take back unwanted items (except earrings; due to hygiene reasons) within 28 days. Returns and exchanges in Germany are free of charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns for other international/European orders, so international customers must return unwanted items at their own expense.

If you wish to return an item, please send us an email with your order number and the item you wish to return to customercare@astridandmiyu.com. Please note that all items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

We accept refunds on all Ear Cuffs, but no refunds on earrings including Huggies and Clickers.

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although it may take a little longer during peak periods.

Note that we do not send an email confirming receipt of your return. Only when we have processed your return will we send you an email confirming that your refund has been made.

Refunds are always posted to the same debit or credit card that was used for the purchase. If your item was purchased using an A&M Gift Card, we will issue you a new credit.

 

Exchanging a Gift

For gift refund requests, please note that we can only issue a refund to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase. Return the item with the completed returns form. If you have not received this, please contact customercare@astridandmiyu.com with your details so that we can process your request. However, we are happy to offer you a gift voucher if you enclose the gift receipt with your return.

To exchange the gift, please send us the item in original packaging, including the gift receipt. If the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

 

Loyalty Points

Astrid & Miyu loyalty points can only be used once and are non-refundable. If you return an order, the points you have earned on that order will be deducted from your account when your return is processed. If you have already spent the points accumulated on the returned order, the amount converted to pounds sterling worth of points used will be deducted from the total refund.

All our UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, only express delivery and next day delivery can be tracked. If you would like to track your order please email us at customercare@astridandmiyu.com and we can provide the necessary information for you.

Exchanges & Returns

We’ve extended our returns policy for the festive period. In addition to our standard returns policy, all online and in-store purchases from the 20th November 2022 can be returned for a refund until 31st January 2023.

We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. Please check below for more information.

If you would like to return an item you originally bought from one of our A&M Stockists or Concessions, please return it directly to them within 28 days of purchase.

Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

Custom & Duties

All orders placed are duties free. For International orders, some custom fees & duties will apply.

You will be contacted by a third party company to pay your custom fees if applicable. EU customers will not need to pay custom fees.
