If you find that your bracelet has lost a little shine, use the polishing cloth enclosed, or soap and warm water, to bring them back to life. Always make sure to dry with a microfibre cloth.

The best place to keep your jewels is in their original jewellery box, or in an air-tight bag to keep them protected.

Free Returns
We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. We are happy to take back unwanted items (except personalised products, including engraving and monogramming, advent calendars, baubles or Christmas crackers).
