Free Returns
We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. We are happy to take back unwanted items (except personalised products, including engraving and monogramming, advent calendars, baubles or Christmas crackers).
Christmas Extended Returns
Orders placed from 29th October - 23rd December can be returned until 31st January.
