Please note that the below terms apply:

• Free Gift with Purchase offer runs from 9:00 AM CET on 5th March to 11:00 AM CET on 11th March 2026, or while stocks last. Available both online and in-store.

  • Spend €140 or more to receive a free pair of Wave Huggies, Illusion Crystal Huggies or Illusion Crystal Ear Cuff.
  • Spend €165 or more to receive a free pair of Cultured Pearl Charm Huggies, Essential Large Hoops or Illusion Crystal Hoops.
  • Only one free gift per order.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. 
  • Customers who book a Mi&Yu appointment and receive a discount on their service will not qualify for the gift with purchase, as this promotion can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. 
  • Gift cards purchased in a transaction do not count towards the minimum spend to qualify for the promotion.
  • If your order total drops below €140 (for the €140 gift tier) or €170 (for the €170 gift tier) after any changes or returns, you must return the free gift.
• Welcome Offer: Welcome discounts are for new customers only and are one time use. They cannot be combined with any other promotion code and are not valid in any Astrid & Miyu concessions. It will not be valid on stacking sets, advent calendars, gift sets, in store services or gift cards.
  
• This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  
• Astrid & Miyu reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)
• If you purchase something within a Gift With Purchase promotion and you wish to return it, you will also need to return the gift you received if it falls below the Gift With Purchase threshold.
• Offers do not include delivery charges or gift wrap.
• Refunds will take into account the discount.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
• From time to time, Astrid & Miyu will offer promotional codes at points of sale. Astrid & Miyu has the right to further reduce its products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.
• Refer A Friend - Referrer and referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions in a single order. 
• Loyalty - Rewards are valid online and in-store but cannot be combined with any other promotion. Rewards cannot be redeemed at Selfridges or Fenwick concessions. Rewards are not valid on gift cards. Any Loyalty points earned on additional orders will appear in your account 14 days after purchase. Points are valid for 12 months. Our Loyalty Program points and rewards are only valid in the country your account was created in. For example, if you have an account with us on our EU website (eu.astridandmiyu.com), you won't be able to use them on our US website (us.astridandmiyu.com) or Global website (www.astridandmiyu.com). However, we are able to transfer points earned abroad to your native account. If you shop abroad in one of our stores, please keep your receipt for proof of purchase, and our Customer Care Team will happily transfer your points to your native account.
• Birthday Discounts - Customers must submit their birthday via the loyalty landing page 48hours before to receive their reward via email.
• Club A&M, Silver, Pearl & Gold Members - You will receive loyalty points into your account on the day of your birthday. To be notified of this you must be opt into emails.
• Diamond Members: Your services discount is only applicable to in-store services available in our stand alone stores. Offer cannot be redeemed at Harrods, Fenwick, Selfridges, or WOW stores. Your services code cannot be exchanged for a gift card, and is not redeemable on any other products, whether online or in-store. You have one month from the receipt of this email to book your appointment. You must show the store assistant this email upon arrival so that they can redeem your code. One code per customer.  To be notified of this you must be opted into emails.
• Recycling Scheme -  You are limited to receiving 250 loyalty points every 3 months for recycling jewellery with us. Jewellery you bring for recycling must be A&M jewellery only, and we can only recycle sterling silver pieces.
