A NOTE FROM CONNIE, OUR FOUNDER
I am proud to have created a mission-driven brand centred around our values and our community. As we grow, we also grow our focus on responsible sourcing and manufacturing, working with our supply chain globally to ensure ethical practices are in place.
Our impact doesn't stop here. Our mission extends to backing our community, and the people behind it. A&M makers must carry out certified audits and sign our Ethical Trade Statement, we give back to our charity partners, and create a safe space for our teams to thrive in.
There is of course still room for improvement. We are dedicated to working with our makers to better current practices, whilst continuing to innovate and create limitless career opportunities for our employees.
I'm proud to be sharing our progress and future with you. I am proud to be contributing to a better world for the future generation, including my two beautiful daughters. This is only the beginning.
