Our Charity Partners
Connecting with our community is at the core of everything we do - and giving back to causes close to us is at the heart of A&M. Whether it's through Team A&M's 16 hours of paid volunteering leave, fundraising initiatives, or through Club A&M, find out more about our partners.
Baytree Centre
As a female-founded brand, uplifting women is at the core of everything we do. We’ve partnered with Baytree Centre since 2019, a South London-based social inclusion charity, supporting the development of girls, women and refugees. From volunteering days, Christmas gifts and career insight days, it’s a charity always close to our hearts.

The Felix Project
We’re joining The Felix Project’s mission for a hunger-free and waste-free London. Working with the food industry to rescue high quality surplus food that would have otherwise gone to waste, they donate to 1,200 organisations every year - including food banks, homeless shelters and primary schools. We donate all of the funds from our Astrid & Renew Recycling Program to The Felix Project, to mirror their circular and waste-free vision.
TEAM A&M
We don’t mean to be biased, but Team A&M is truly the best. We value championing individuality, flourishing together and compassion for others. These aren’t just words on a piece of paper - they’re our values that we constantly review, challenge and strive for.

Growing together, always. We have a dedicated People & Growth Team to elevate every individual at A&M, with training sessions and development plans for every level.
For the last two years, we’re proudly committed to the Real Living Wage, with annual reviews to our base salary. We’re aligned with the Living Wage Foundation, a charitable organisation who monitors the cost of living and calculates the real living wage.
We’re partner with Plumm, the mental health workspace platform, as well as having internal training and Mental Health First Aiders within the business, making mental health a less taboo subject.
Having integrity means taking on feedback. We send an annual Flourishing Survey to measure the overall happiness and wellbeing of the team, as well as inviting anonymous feedback throughout the year and offering open door sessions to the Senior Leadership Team. We publish the results of the survey internally, making clear actions for the leadership team to improve on.

Diversity, Equality & Inclusion
A diverse team is a strong team. Being a female founded and led brand, inclusion and representation is at the core of our values. Internally, we have a DE&I Squad to promote cultural moments, raise awareness and offer training to the rest of the team. While we’re still on a journey, the strength in the diversity of Team A&M is how we’ve got to where we are today.

Suppliers & External Partnerships
As we grow as a business, we also grow our focus on responsible sourcing and manufacturing, working with our supply chain from all around the world to ensure ethical and environmental practices are in place. We have long-standing relationships with our makers, founded on mutual respect of our mission as a brand, and the craftsmanship behind each product. Our makers must carry out certified audits and sign our Ethical Trade Statement, in line with industry expectations of the best ethical and environmental practices.
This doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement. Our product and sustainability team are dedicated to working with our makers to improve current practices, whilst continuing to source new innovative products as we all work towards a more sustainable future.
